July Ending...

Well July is now ending, but so many other things have been happening! Brayden is now 6 weeks old...I can't believe it!! He was up to 9lbs and 1 oz at his baby well check, he loves to eat!! He got to meet his other great grandparents on there 50th wedding anniversary last weekend and he also had a new friend born into the world this week..Miss Marian Elizabeth. Brayden's Newborn Photoshoot

We had the honor again to have Beth Ann come back into our home to shoot Brayden's newborn photos and she did such a wonderful job. He was a little fussy in the beginning, but after another ounce of milk he settled down. We had so much with these shots and hope to have her do them again when he is 3 months!! Fouth of July Weekend

Hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July!! We spent our first 4th of July with Brayden at the lake house for a week and had a wonderful time! He saw his first fireworks & went on his first boat ride..but of course slept right through them. He also got his feet wet in the lake with daddy. Brayden also met one of his great grandmothers..and she couldn't get enough of him. She wanted to take him home with her! It was really great to see her spend time with him!! Brayden is her 13th great grandchild, and me being the youngest of her grandchildren it was just a wonderful moment!! Here are some photos from the week, we hope you enjoy them!! :)

Welcome William Brayden Bryant

Well I can't believe that Brayden is finally here!! Our son is the most precious little angel and we couldn't be more in love! He is a very healthy eater, sleeping during the night he is getting better at. He only cries when it comes to having his diaper changed...he has a very healthy set of lungs that we are sure of!
Bradley has been amazing!! I couldn't ask for a better husband and father! He is very involved he changes most of Brayden's diapers and doesn't mind giving me a break if I need one!

I won't go into the heavy details of Brayden's birth..only to say that I did experience the pain with out an epidural, but for only a couple of hours and then I had to give in! Dr. Keene came in and broke my water around 12pm on Tuesday and by 3pm I sure did need something. I was in active labor for almost 15 hours and pushed for 3 of those hours. He finally made his appearance at 2:41am on Wednesday,June 16th. Brad and I have so much enjoyed being parents to this wonderful and happy baby and we can't wait for what's to come!! :)

39 Weeks

Well we have made it to 39 weeks and this will be the last photo that we post as me preggers!! We had our weekly appointment on Friday and everything thing looks great, Brayden was up in size to 6lbs 11oz! She speeded up my dialation process a little and we then we discussed if he wasn't here over the weekend then we would go into the hospital on Tuesday morning for induction!! YAY!!!! We have been so ready for the day to get here and with all the other crazy things that have been going on..we consider it such a blessing!

Brad and I cannot believe that by the end of this week we will be holding our precious son!! We can't wait to meet you William Brayden!! :)

38 Weeks

Wow!! Brad and I cannot believe that Brayden will here only in 11 days! The time has really flown by these last few weeks. We had another Dr's appt on Friday and learned that I am 90% effaced and 1 cm dialated!! So we are hoping when we head back there this week that I am more....praying really hard!! Now all I have to do is the last minute things done..like finishing packing my hospital bag, the car seat is in and ready to go and I am just praying I haven't forgotten anything.

My family did have one special blessing over the holiday weekend...my new baby cousin was brought into the world on May 31st!! She was 7 weeks early, but I just figure she wanted and very Grand Entrance!! Chloe Jane was 3lbs and 13ozs and 17 inches long and is doing wonderfully!! Now all of the family is just waiting on me and Brayden!! We will be sure to let you know if Brayden decides to grace us with his presence any earlier! :)

37 weeks

What can I say except in 20 days or less we will meet our sweet little Brayden! The past few weeks have been an emotional roller coaster. My stomach has been on the fritz with some sorta bug for the past 2 weeks and it comes and goes when it likes. My blood pressure starts out low in the morning and shoots up in the afternoon to late evening which gave us a scare and the doctor cut me to only working 5 hour days! All in all things with Brayden have been good his heart rate is in the 130s and he is now up to 6 pounds! Brad and I are now just counting down the days until we get to meet our sweet little boy!! We head back to the doctor on Wednesday and hopefully we will have made some progress and we will be sure to keep you updated! :)
